Vinod Nookala is a passionate outdoor adventure enthusiast and one of the founding members of Mahindra Adventure – an experiential marketing arm for M&M Auto Division. With over two decades of experience, he has led strategy and operations for Mahindra Adventure & under his leadership this initiative has evolved & grown from organising off-road drives to conceptualizing and executing lifestyle experiences for customers to live the ‘Authentic SUV Life.’ Vinod was also the brand manager of the first-generation Thar, an icon that paved the path for the cult brand that it has evolved into today. With an array of terrain driving experiences under his belt, Vinod plays a vital role in the new development programs for Mahindra SUVs.

Ryan joined the team in 2017 post his stint as an auto-journalist with various reputed auto publications. Ryan is always bustling with energy and with new ideas just like he did on his first day of joining. His passion and zeal for conceptualizing and ideation of new drive formats and taking adventure to new hights is unmatched. Now as a senior member of the team, Ryan plays a pivotal role in all the operations of the Adventure Initiative and takes a keen interest for brand collaboration and integration. With his array of experience in the auto industry he closely works with cross-functional teams on various new-product launches, media drives and engagements and new product development programs.

Satinder Kumar
An aircraft engineer by profession but an off-road instructor by heart, Satinder Ji as we fondly call him, is a thorough gentleman. Having also served with the Navy in the adventure division, he brings along his vast experience of outdoor living & ability to train participants in the nuances of driving off-road. If ever you had sought a professional off-road driving learning session, there are chances that you have been trained by him. Easiest way to meet him is to sign up for an academy course.

Lakshya Bansal
Lakshya ‘Lux’ is young professional & is one of the youngest members of the team. He is the ‘quite’ guy who prefers to speak with his deeds rather than his words. After he got his licence, his father gifted him a Mahindra Thar to drive, but at no point did he realise that deed would lead to his son working with the very same company he adored. Lux is not new to the adventure drives space and comes with considerable event organisation skill and experience and this has helped him belt out a record number of weekend experiences in the short span he has worked for Mahindra Adventure.

Kashish Bharti
Kashish is our newest addition to the Adventure team, who believes in dreaming big. While Kashish is still learning ways to navigate through corporate structural processes, he continues to dream big of overlanding expeditions across continents. He is slowly but steadily taking charge of ground operations for our weekend drives and is learning the ropes of the umbrella of drives Mahindra Adventure has to offer. If you see a convoy of Mahindra SUVs driving across formidable terrain, do stop & look out for him.

Harshdeep Kaur
Harshdeep was the brand manager for the iconic Scorpio brand portfolios and has now taken up new responsibilities head the Master Brand, Service Marketing and marketing duties for Mahindra Adventure. Harshdeep comes with close to a decade of experience in the sales and marketing sphere, from paints to cars she has seen it all. Harshdeep now turns her focus to help market Adventure both to the real-world customers and across the digital ethos. If you have recently heard about Adventure mostly it will be because of her efforts to create a widespread awareness and build the brand for what it is meant to achieve.
